My fiance and I stayed at the Lofts for Valentines day and ran into a miriad of problems with the 5th Ave romance package I had purchased as a surprise. The hotel staff failed to execute many of the ""extras"" I had paid for. However, the breakfast room service was great as were the in room massages. I called and talked to the manager later and she was very quick to offer remedy to our bad expereince. We'll see the 2nd time around....
Pros: amazing rooms, in room massages, bathrobes
Cons: over priced rooms, room service, lots of families
