The new spring menu is amazing.  The salmon & tuna crudo and the celery root & black truffle ravioli are wonderful.  The braised pork belly was excellently done and paired with smoked yukon gold potatoes.  Good selection of desserts - the apple tart tatin was first class.  Service very good also.
