A friend suggested we go to Tango after she had had 2 excellent meals there. I have to say that last night's experience, from Mojitos to the Chocolate Diablo is close to the best dining experience I have had in Seattle. We had no reservation, so sat in the bar booths, and I think we had the best seat in the house! After the refreshing Mojito, we sampled the duck confit salad, the amazing potato croquettes, the foie gras, the scallops, tuna stuffed peppers, and the opulent Diablo. The excellent waiter made wine choices for us that were spot on, and the layered, complicated flavors of every single dish shone through every time- Go to Tango for a compelling dining experience!
