If you want a real homemade Mexican meal for 5 bucks or less, go here. Only the average (i.e. mediocre) palates that abound in Portland would not like this food. If you know what an authentic burrito or taco tastes like, take a trip to this joint. If you don't like it, you don't like real Mexican food.
