to unlock my car door. Service was pleasant and efficient. Price was fair given the prices other 'smiths charge. I would use this service again because they arrive so quickly. I liked that a person anwered the phone to route the job and was efficient and courteous (rather than an answering machine or a cell phone in the hands of a locksmith already on another job.) The locksmith was professional and easily identifiable as such so I felt safe.
