We arrived, running 10 mins late, but called 20 mins before our table was to be seated to say we were on our way, they said NO PROBLEM. One of party was already there and tried to be seated, they refused!
They gave away our table, They denied recieving a phone call nor were they aware a member of our party was there - ALL LIES!
They promised to seat us in 45mins, on return they didn't have a table for us at all. The manager again made excuses saying the concierge had told him we weren't coming back!
The manager was rude, obnoxious and decietful. Never once accomodating or reassuring that we would be seated. He shifted blame to his staff for miscommunication.
Our party will spread the word about the complete lack of the no 1 quality a good restaurant possesses - CUSTOMER SERVICE.
