The person taking my order entered my name incorrectly into thier system and didn't correct it leading to problems getting a refund later. They were out of stock and had been for some time. When I purchased the mattress they told me it would be in Saturday and waited till Friday to tell me that it would be another week until it was available. Refunds require the original salesperson, adding on several days extra before I could get my refund. I recommend only getting a mattress here if they are in stock. If they aren't go somewhere else.
