I've grown up eating chinese food, dim sum or otherwise here in the City with a chef as my guide and my favorite styles are the ones that Tong Kiang serves. I prefer the lighter more delicate flavors and Tong Kiang serves it up better than most places in the city! It may not be as spectacular as it was years ago, but for seafood and dim sum it's still worth it! Because the food is delicately prepared, it doesn't stand up as well for takeout, has to be eaten fresh out of the kitchen.
Pros: delicate tastes, good for groups
Cons: price, crowded on weekends, takeout not great
