Flavorless meal and poor service make this joint a ""zero"" in the restaurant world. Uptown Diner is not the place to go if you wish to have conversation over a meal. After being seated and served a below-average meal, our server told us her manager pressures her to turn tables and asked us to leave. We weren't even there an hour! Shocked by this request, I asked the manager if this was his business practice...to my surprise, he admitted this is the direction he gives servers. This is not only bad business, but also disrespectful to paying customers. Cross this place off your list!
