Review after review, Matt's burger and fries combo is top rated. While it is inexpensive and decent, I would only rate it average. The food, alright. Service, alright. Price, good. Location, not good. Better burger and fries at an establishment in st. paul and in dt. Mpls. (check my other reviews)
