Meticulous Mort arrived with two crew members and himself to fix some sprinkler problems. The two crew members worked diligently while Mort stood around. The problem seems to be fixed, although time will tell for sure, but what angers us is that we were way overcharged for an hour and a half's worth of work. We were charged a $75 travel fee (we are NOT far from their headquarters, and they are usually in our area anyway) and then the work on top of that totalled to a little over $300. That seems unreasonable to us. So we would not recommend this service because of that.
