I like many of the reviewers enjoyed the intial service. They were supportive and patient. After the sale however this went down hill. There phone service is horrible and they seem to not transmit the ""niceness"" to the end. Becareful. Look at your charges and ensure that they dont measure you for a gown that is too big.
