yesterday at my local PEP BOYS @ sylmar I was looking for a new oil filter and breaks which i don't really know about (not into auto parts) so i entered the store and the first thing i see is a cashier flirting with other customers, it catched my attention because one guy which seems to be the manager didn't say anything to her and didn't seem to care at all. so i just go to service and asked this really helpful and nice guy MARIO to help me out with my oil filter and breaks which he did, he was relly nice, he told me about the prices and answer other questions that i had about the breaks.i've been at this pep boys store before and nobody had help me out like this guy MARIO did. i really appreciate his help and patience with me (i was doing alot of questions) he's really professional. if you happen to go to this pep boys store @ sylmar i really recommend you to go with this guy he will help you out with anything.( in the other hand i would really apreciate if your cashiers were a litle
