Our experience has been very disappointing. They were nice enough before we purchased a wedding dress with a total price tag (after they add and add and add to the price tag) of over $4,000. I thought that would entitle us to reasonably good customer service, such as a return call, or perhaps even a fabric sample. Wrong. Don't expect an apology when they don't do what they say they will do. Postal employees are more eager to please!
