Their crews work very hard. Manager opened up the detailing unit on a chilly and busy day after I traveled out from Manhattan, and they did a very good job -- about 2 1/2 hours of detailing work and an exterior wash on a Hybrid for $70!! Great value. The very deep ground in grease and dirt did not come off on the exterior wash, but I'd rather have them being too careful about the car's paint than too rough. As far as automatic car washes go, they're as good as I've seen, and they do work hard to get it right.
Pros: Hard working, great value; great detailing on a grimey car
Cons: Automatic exterior car washes are generally not fantastic; this is no exception
