The owner of Victoria's Black Swan inn in San Antonio made many promises as far as making the reception just wonderful. She promised to help guide the reception, have a plate ready for us (the bride & groon), take care of the order of events (bouquet throwing, etc). The owner did not show up the day of our wedding. She did not call. She did not find a suitable replacement. We did not get to eat and the father of the bridge (who paid a pretty penny to have it at this establishment) did not get to eat. We did not know when or how to cut the cake, do the first dance, toss the bouquet, etc. --She had promised to guide us throw ""everything."" I do not recommend this location.
