I tried to repair a car audio, paid NON Refundable $20 (witch they stated is going to be included in the final price) first of all they told me it's going to take 3-4 days before they give me an answer. after 2 weeks, on Monday i called them from 9am, till 1:30PM, until someone actually picked up the phone, the guy Told me, that he Looked at it, and the Switches are broken and i have to call in 2 days, after i called, another guy Told me that they didn't even look at it.! after 3 days i got an answer that they Ordered some parts. now, one week later, I called, the answer was: (everything is fine, we just cant find your Tracking Number SIR.) like i asked for it. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THEM!
