I called in before I went on a wednesday and was told I could come right in (for an alignment, balance, rotation). Once I got there it was going to be over 3 hours. The rep at the desk tried telling me that is how long the work would take. I'm not sure if their technicians are slow, if they're understaffed, or what, but the work should only take an hour or so. I instead went to the Austell location and was in and out in an hour and 15 minutes.
