I flew in for a special occassion, and the staff lost my reservation. I was left on a Saturday night with no where to go - there are plenty of good restaurants in NY that lack their arrogance and stupidity! I can't beleive they don't know how to make a reservation - especially when I gave my cell number and the name of the person whose birthday we were celebrating.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Arrogant staff
