Having tried various Ethopian restaurants in Detroit and Windsor, I was really excited to try the Blue Nile. The menu comes in only two options veggie or meat and it is served as much as you would like, sort of like a sit down buffet. Athough the decor was lovely and the waitstaff was nice, the selection of only two options was very dissapointing, not to mention the food was very plain and lacking spice. I am not sure whether the owners feel Westerners are so ignorant of other cultures that there selection must be chosen for them or they that are saving us from spices they feel we can not handle.
Pros: Great decor, nice list of eccentric beverages
Cons: No real choice in what you eat, horrible for two people.
