I went to Sofrito with some friends last night, and opened a tab. When I tried to close it, I was told my credit card was misplaced, and would get it back in 5 minutes. The 5 minutes quickly turned to an hour, and during the time I was made to feel by the manager that I was a nuisance because I asked if there was any update on trying to find my card -- in fact a bouncer actually came over and told us to leave and wait for the card at home if we were not going to buy anymore drinks.
Cons: They lose credit cards, and the manager is classless.
