The BBQ pork and sauces are excellent as is the brisket (and I'm not much of a brisket fan). All the sides are great, especially the potato salad. There's lots to choose from on the menu, so if you're not a BBQ fan you'll have plenty of alternatives. I hear the etouffee is good. Of course, the icing on the cake (or moon pie) is the excellent domestic beer selection: in addition to the usual Bud and Coors products there's PBR, Old Style, and Stroh's. The service is always perfect and friendly.
