I had all but given up on gyms until I walked in the door at Kor. The vibe is great, staff super-friendly, the music is even good! The training program I was given there was highly individualized - I didn't feel like it was a cookie cutter workout. I got a program designed for me, taking my injuries into consideration that was still a kick-ass workout! The gym is designed to promote both old school (think jump rope) and cutting edge (owner/trainer Christine Hazelton custom creates equiptment and excercises herself) to keep your workout fun. And just when you think you can do it anymore, Einstein, the gym rescue dog comes over for an encouraging wag of the tail to tell you you can!
