I have been going to Jessica for about 2 years now. She is always friendly and really takes her time with my highlights and cut. She is receptive to my ideas but also offers her opinion when needed. She is sometimes hard to get an appointment with so I have also been to Brian once. He also did a great job. Be prepared to spend a good 2 hours there for a highlight and cut, but it is well worth it.
