I have had to call the K&N Service Center out for various appliance reparations. They are very rude and inconsiderate as if they are doing you the biggest favor by coming out to look at the appliances that YOU bought from THEIR store. In addition, if you do happen to choose them to service your appliance against your better judgment, make sure you call three times (atleast) to confirm the date and time of your appointment. Each time I have made an appointment, I have wasted the entire workday waiting for them to contact me with the time slot (which is a three hour slot) wherein they will decide to stop by and assess the problem. It's not worth their service charge, once you've spent an entire day waiting for them to come. I am truly disappointed in their customer service or rather lacktherof. Make sure you take the week off if you schedule them to come out cause no telling when they will decide to drop by and forget trying to ask the Service Center about confirming your appointment; you'll just be responded to abruptly with no further details other than the ones you could assume without having wasted more of your time on the call to their customer service department.
