My best friend took me to Grey Moss for my birthday this year and it was excellent. I started the evening with crab cakes topped with a fried quail egg (you could hear moans of pleasure from that one), followed by the sampler salad (which was shared by myself and my friend) with a scrumtious White French Dressing (more moaning). For dinner I had wild boar but by that time I was stuffed so I had to take it home. When I asked for the waiter to tell me the desserts just so I could hear them he laughed and said Chocolate Creme Brulee (my favotire) and when I said OH No and I am so full he returned with some in a To Go box and said it was a present for me. Now that is service. I was treated like an old friend not just another customer and for me that is what makes the dining experience. I can't wait to visit Texas again and eat the the Grey Moss Inn. Save a Creme Brulee for me.
Pros: Thumbs up all around.
Cons: It's too far from Atlanta Georgia!
