We chose a bottle of Pinot Noir to go with our 3 course meal, which was the perfect amount of food, and the wine expert at the restaurant gave us a description of what we were about to enjoy. \r

I started with the smoked salmon and guacamole. What a unique combination! The food melted on my tongue and I almost moaned aloud. \r

The second course I chose was the filet mignon which was so tender and glazed in a savory sweet sauce that was unique and more delicious than I could possibly describe. \r

I finished my meal with the chocolate souffle which they served in a classic style pouring chocolate sauce right in the center. How divine! \r

The four of us spent nearly $500 on one meal but it was well worth it. This was one of the best meals of my life and I savored every bite. I will be back for more.
