I brought in an untra suede jacket and when I got it back the texture was totally wrong for unltra suede. Its hard to descrie but it was all nappy looking. I brought it back in and not only did I have to wait forever to get someone to contact me about my complant but they refuse to pay for the damage. The supervisor/manager will not put me in touch with the owner so that I can voice my complaint with him/her.
Pros: convenient location
Cons: does not back up their work/ poor customer service
