I live in Hampden, so I really love it when a new bar or restaurant opens in my neighborhood. I really wanted Grill Art to succeed, so I gave it 3 chances. Each time the service was deplorable. Twice I did not get what I ordered, or it was different than it said on the menu. One time they served me honey with my french toast and tried to pass it off as maple syrup. The waitress checked and sure enough, they had run out of maple syrup and so switched to honey. What?!? Each time we waited an extremely long time to have our orders taken, water offered, check delivered, etc. This is not how to run a restaurant, and a sure-fire way to lose customers.
