So it seems like alot of people complain about the lack of authenticity at Chuy's but what can you expect? The whole restaurant is a tribute to Elvis! I think that the problem is most people go to Chuy's expecting the stereotypical Mexican food place and that is not what it is. It has a very different and original atmosphere. The Deluxe Tomatillo sauce is AMAZING and I love the ""Big as yo' face burrito"" (that is the real name). The wait can be really long but for the most part it is a really fun place to go with friends and hang out. And once again, the food IS good!
