Previously I've had some great food here -- the traditional menu was always tasty. They must have gotten some really bad chefs recently, since nothing has any flavor now. A month ago my wife ordered five-spice shrimp. They seemed to forget most of the spices. Last weekend I went with my old standby, kung pao beef, which was always nicely spicy if you ordered it off the traditional menu. It had zero flavor, so it got sent back with the specific complaint that it had zero kick. It came back with a complimentary green bean dish (which we didn't want, and didn't like), but STILL had no flavor. They didn't do anything different. If I wasn't so hungry at that point, I would have given up and left, but I just added hot sauce and dealt with it. Never again, the chefs have no clue anymore I guess. I suggest avoiding the place unless you like expensive bland Americanized Chinese food, until they hire some decent help.
