The customer service was absolutely terrible here. Lots of regulars go there, and if you aren't one of them, you're lower than dirt on their list. Our order was wrong because the owner was too busy talking to this regulars to listen to us to get the order correct. He kept interrupting us to yell things at people We had to wait a long time to get the order corrected, and no one even apologized, much less tried to make it up to us. The food was only ok and definitely not worth what we went through. My turkey burger was super dry and flavorless. My friend's burger was good but not great. The place is small and was really crowded and noisy without a clear system for the line and food pick up.
