The guys are nice enough but I didn't dare tell them the food was inedible. I don't like to hear the drama. The sandwich bread was burned black 1/4 way through the bread bottom. The entire sandwich smelled burned. The sandwich itself was supposed to be hot. It was cold and so were the fries. I thought a restaurant was supposed to simply not serve someting inedible. I'd rather wait for something I can eat than pay for something I can't. Who has time for bad food?
Pros: The guys were nice enough
Cons: too much drama to bring back a burned sandwich
