I have to say that I really can't stand Bobby Flay on TV, so it was really difficult for me to make a reservation at Mesa Grill. But I'm glad I did.\r

I'm not a fan of the atmosphere. It's not comfortable, and I was surprised at how unromantic it was. The server we had was friendly but a little rushed. Realize that the food is going to be flavorful and maybe over-spiced. Some of the dishes had way too many things going on for my taste, but I can see why people like his dishes. That said, I recommend ordering signature dishes, like the pork loin, as they seem the most developed. (By the way, the tamale that came with the pork loin was probably the single best thing on the menu.) \r

I think dinner ended up costing about $150 for two, including appetizer, drinks, and dessert. Not cheap for this kind of food, but not too expensive by Vegas standards either.
Pros: Food
Cons: Not my style of restaurant
