I called for my first time to place a large carryout mind you. The manager answered the phone. Their combinations come with pork fried rice, I wanted to substitute for Chicken fried rice and was willing to pay extra. He stated ""NO SUBSTITUES."" I have NEVER come accross that at any chinese restaurant. The alacarte is basically that same price as the combination (within .50) so I told the manager I have never had a chinese restaurant deny me a substitute on a combination and he said ""GO THERE THEN."" I am personally not a complainer, but found it ridiculous that they couldn't just add on a buck or two. VERY RUDE AND OBVIOUSLY DO NOT BELIEVE IN SATISFYING THEIR CUSTOMERS!
