This is one of the very few authentic Chinese restaurants in Austin. Although the price and quality of food pales in comparison to anything you can find in Bellaire in Houston, for Austin it is a great deal. Since this restaurant works family style (everyone shares the plates), I strongly recommend coming with a group larger than 3 at least! Also, the total amount of menu item you order should be about one less than the total amount of people in your group. I also strongly recommend not getting typical americanized chinese food like organge/kung pao/general tso chicken, and get things like the sizzling beef, bbq pork, walnut chicken, and peking duck if you have a BIG group. Afterwards you can mozzy on over to Cocos for some milk tea. Overall I highly recommend this to anyone in Austin who wants to see what the closest thing to what real Chinese food is like.
Pros: Great Chinese Food for a good price
Cons: Not the best service, but if it was good service then it wouldn't be a real Chinese restaurant!
