To sum up:\r
We've been visiting this site since 1995. All good experiences\r
Food is excellent, wings, pizza, sandwiches, steak, etc. I've probably tried them all.\r
There are probably 100 beers on tap. I've tried most of those. there is a mug club, which has been fun for us.\r
During the week, we bring the kids, and there is something or everyone to eat.\r
On the weekend, there are usually 25-40 year old crowd, well behaved, and clean.\r
Wait staff are quick and polite.\r
Live music is generally very good. Acoustics are OK as well.\r
Parking all around the facility, several other clubs within stumbling distance on weekends.\r

Con: way too much smoke on weekends, even per people who smoke it's not circulated well up there.\r
KC Hops has been a bit slow to keep up with the clean air initiatives, but this will be changing soon, from what I understand.\r

Summary: A great place to take a medium sized group who want an array of beers and food types. Call ahead and find out what the music is going to be. Sit in the dining section where you can see the band, as there is just too much smoke up at the bar.
Pros: great food, many beers, nice people, parking, seating all good.
Cons: Poor air circulation in the bar and pool area, too much smoke as a result.
