I love sushi and I love happy hour. Red Fin successfully delivers both. There are quite a few sushi places around Seattle where I'll go for lunch or a nice dinner. When it comes to happy hour sushi places, those aren't as common. And when you feel like enjoying sushi, usually you're willing to pay the extra dollar for the more upscale places. I've never been disappointed with Red Fin. They have an extensive happy hour selection that includes sushi, nigiri and other seafood items. The price is right, the ambiance is comfortable (classy and professional without being too formal), the waitstaff has always been very accomodating in my experiences there and the taste and presentation are always enjoyable. They seem to be big on presentation...even on discounted happy hour food. My plate always looks like a work of art when it is served to me. The sushi is ok, certainly comparable to many Seattle sushi establishments. For happy hour sushi, I recommend Red Fin. I've always liked the happy hour at Wasabi Bistro too...so I suppose that's to be expected.
Pros: Great happy hour selection, friendly waitstaff, classy presentation
