They didn't pull any ""bait & switch"" like most carpet cleaners. Their estimate was actually a little higher than the final amount I paid. The technician was very polite, professional and clean cut! No wonder my friend referred them to me so highly. My carpets look like new again, and they were really dirty. You should see what they were able to get out. Yea! They said if they can't get the stain out, nobody can and I believe them.
