our office ordered salads from toasties and to our dismay over 5 items were missing from our salads but since this was delivered to us and with the delivery guy gone, we decided to just deal with it and call for a credit for just the missing items. the unapologetic manager refused to give us a credit for the items and insisted we bring our already eaten salads back ourselves. not to mention the cheese was not fresh...VERY BAD BUSINESS.
Cons: bad attitude.
