I got a haircut here and I hated it...I called the salon and they were so nice, they scheduled a new appointment for me to come in and they fixed it, free of charge. They didn't make me feel bad about it either, they were totally nice. Now I will definitely keep going back...the space is cute, they give you coffee and tea and they have chocolates there too! Plus, I know if I don't like something they will be very nice and help me change it.
