in a word , terrible . if looking like a oakbrook housewife ( ""friends cut"" and chunky blond stripes ) is your goal, then hey this salon is for you . this chain only knows about three different cut and color looks , but puts them on thousands of women a day. i'll leave this one for ""madge and the girls"" from iowa , in town for their fashion weekend. i however , will continue my search for a quality salon .
