I was getting tired of the same old type of restaurants in Memphis, until my friend turned me onto Caspian. I had never had Persian Cuisine, I was a little weary at first but to my surprise the food is amazing. I have been working down the menu and I still have had nothing that I did not enjoy. My favorite is there white fish and there filet mignon steak that they skewer and grill. Definitely a great addition to memphis and I am glad that we finally have something different in Memphis that I can enjoy and take my friends to without worrying they will not enjoy.
