Halloween night I wanted to watch the parade remnants at a restaurant with a huge window on Christopher Street. Lima's Taste fit the bill--and it was gorgeous and surreal in design to boot. It was like conquistodors meets Led Zeppelin. You have to see it to understand. Anyways the pisco sours and sangria and the really cool rock set the stage for a really wild night. I have no idea what I ate but it was some of the most absolutely delicious food I've ever eaten. I'm going back not so smashed so I can study Peruvian cuisine with a more tuned eye. It is reer that I have experienced a restaurant this much fun and loose with some of the most novel amazing food. Thank you Lima's Taste for reviving my faith in finding something new and outragous thats quality. See you soon.
