My sister-in-law joined the Bravo tour from San Diego to Grand Canynon in Nov-2006. Somehow they lost her baggage when boarding. The tour guide, Angela, didn't do much to follow up & missed the chance to pick up the missing package on the way back! And then asked my sister-in-law to call the manager, Jeff.
Pros: Nothing!!!
Cons: Poor service and non-responsive
