I have been to Salty's twice, both when traveling on business and I felt as though I got caught in a business travelers trap. The view is great - but the food is just ok - my standards are high however as I eat at excellent restaurants on a regular basis. I would not make a special trip to Salty's (due the the number of great food elswhere in Portland) but would eat there again if in the immediate area (as there are limited choices).
