It's obvious Zake can't handle a crowd. I went for happy hour and was pleased with both the food and service. So I decided to return on a Friday night and nearly walked out before getting a drink. I sat for 15 minutes before a waiter came to take my drink order...and he wasn't even my waiter. Then sat even longer for my actual waiter to show up. When she finally did, the first words out of her mouth were ""It's not my fault."" The food is good but that isn't enough for me to go back.
