Almost everything they moved was damaged and they couldn't care less. There was NO attempt to protect our furniture or appliances, and our valuable pieces are now scratched up, broken or dented. The agreement included charges for reconnecting the appliances, and after moving them into the house, the mover said he didn't have what was needed to connect them. The ""lead"" guy's attitude was unbelievable! I would NEVER recommend this company.
Pros: girl in the office was nice
Cons: based on all our damage, it's obvious they haven't a clue about moving anything
