I hired Caterman Catering for my wedding reception dinner. I have to admit, at first I was skeptical. They had a couple of complaints I read about timing and they're prices were actually reasonable. That's a good thing, but makes you wonder. I had a less than fabulous budget though, so I had to try. I know some people just can't be pleased so I overlooked the complaints. Well, then there was one snafu... the person I had been working with left the company and no one contacted me for weeks. After several e-mails to no avail, I wrote the president of the company. Then I got a response. Apparently they were understaffed and trying to work through it. Well, I can understand that sitatuion too. I'm reasonable. Needless to say though, I was a bit worried.
Pros: Reasonable Prices, Vegetarian Selections, Absolutely Beautiful Presentation, Willing to Travel
Cons: None really. I guess they could improve their communication with clients.
