Ben White Automotive on E. Ben White keeps my 8 year old car on the road. I know very little about ""cars with computers"", and I know I can trust these people to do what it takes to make sure I am safe on the road. Never pushy, always informative, always polite and NEVER trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge. These people will go out of their way to help if it's within their ability to do so. They always tell me what's wrong, what my options are and what I might need to do in the future. I can call and ""run something by them"" and I never get told ""bring it in"" (as other places do), just to get in my pocket. If they feel that it definitely should be looked at, they say so. I've spoken wth Oscar many times with car questions and he is always helpful and never acts like I'm taking up his valuable time (which I'm sure I do). We take our cars for granted. Get in, take off and never be concerned until something goes wrong. Ben White Auto works with me to keep things from going wrong and if something does, Ben White Auto gets me back on the road. I always know they've done the best job for me and at a very reasonable price and within a timeframe I can work with.
